1. How long does shipping take?
Shipping usually takes 7 to 15 business days for the U.S. and Canada, and 10 to 20 business days for international orders.
Processing time is 1 to 3 business days (or up to 5 for custom items).

Yes, Seventhera ships worldwide. Delivery times may vary based on your location and customs clearance.
3. How much is shipping?
We charge a flat rate of $6.99 for all orders.
Orders over $50 USD qualify for free shipping.
4. How can I track my order?
As soon as your order ships, you will receive a tracking number by email so you can follow your package in real time.
5. Can I return a product?
Yes, returns are accepted within 7 days of receiving your order.
The item must be in original condition and packaging.
Please note: Custom or personalized items cannot be returned, unless defective.
6. My item arrived damaged. What should I do?
We’re sorry! Please send an email to contact@seventhera.com with your order number and clear photos of the item. We’ll replace or refund your item as quickly as possible.
7. Can I cancel or change my order?
If your order hasn’t been processed yet, yes. Please contact us as soon as possible.
Once your order has been shipped, we’re unable to make changes or cancellations.
8. What if I entered the wrong shipping address?
Please double-check your address at checkout. If the order hasn't shipped yet, contact us immediately.
We are not responsible for lost items due to incorrect address.
9. Are your products true to size?
We recommend checking the size chart on each product page. For pet apparel or accessories, sizing may vary slightly by breed, so measure carefully.
