We want you to be 100% satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you are not completely happy, we’re here to help.

Return Window:
You may request a return within 7 calendar days of receiving your order.

Return Conditions:

  • Items must be in original condition, unworn, unused, with tags and original packaging.

  • Customized items (e.g. with name or phone number) cannot be returned, unless there is a manufacturing defect.

  • Proof of purchase (order number or receipt) is required.

How to Request a Return:
Email us at [youremail@yourdomain.com] with the following information:

  • Order number

  • Reason for the return

  • Photos of the product (if applicable)

Shipping Costs:

  • If the return is due to a defect or an error on our part, we will cover the shipping costs.

  • For other reasons, return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility.

Refunds:
Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will process your refund within 7 business days, to the original payment method.
