Return Window:
You may request a return within 7 calendar days of receiving your order.
Return Conditions:

Items must be in original condition, unworn, unused, with tags and original packaging.

Customized items (e.g. with name or phone number) cannot be returned, unless there is a manufacturing defect.

Shipping Costs:

If the return is due to a defect or an error on our part, we will cover the shipping costs.

For other reasons, return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility.
Refunds:
Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will process your refund within 7 business days, to the original payment method.
